16:38 Yesterday I went for a long walk with a nice lady. It was an enjoyable way to re-find a part of the city I had been to before, but wasn’t sure where it was.
Today I spent a couple of hours talking about my favorite topic ( photography) then doing some more work on my web site.
My friend, mr b, has announced his plan to head home to Michigan. I will miss him.
Our recent conversations about what to do and where to go has increased my restlessness. I am looking at other opportunities, but nothing is jumping at me… Though the photo tour idea is still forefront in my brain.
I do have a great idea for a school, but that is being pushed due to not having a proper partner.

14:31 Last night in one of my classes we were talking about “dream jobs”. The class asked me what my dream job.
I said that I had already had 2…. One was working with some of the coolest tech, in some of the best sounding rooms in the world, the other was to be paid to take pictures of beautiful women.
I have a couple of ideas for my next go round, but they haven’t become dreams…. Yet.
My niece is moving to Edmonton in October. For many reasons, I think this is a good idea. Most of my family will now live in the west. My parents will still be in Ontario… And I don’t know if this will become an issue or not.

I heard that I will not be spending two weeks in Zamora, which sucks. I was getting psyched for that.

14:33 Redid my survey and sent out an eblurb to try and find out ideas. Waiting to see what, if any, response I get.
I just realized it is the end of august… A very slow time in Canada with everyone trying to enjoy the last days of summer. It doesn’t have the same feel here.

17:51 Today I did a quick sort of my ” walking ” pics. I posted some in FB. I will do a tighter edit and post some on my gallery here.
I have started to think more about a visit to Canada. I am thinking that sooner rather than later… Oct or Nov. I have a flight that expires by jan I need to use so I would just need to buy the return here ( assuming I come back… Very highly likely. )
If I plan it right I can use the trip to promote photo tours…. Which I am still deciding on if and How to proceed.

14:11 And life goes on. I am happy and surprised at how well and painfree I feel today, after my 35 KM walk yesterday.
I am disappointed that I didn’t get my shots, but the experience I had was still amazing. I think the memories are more important then the photos.
I had a talk with the boss about upcoming classes and schedules. I like where this could be going but, like everything in Ecuador, you never know for sure.
