I have been in Seoul for about 6 hours so I thought I would jot down some impressions.
Compared to Tokyo, the streets are dirty… Not New York dirty but on a par with Toronto
Traffic is a mess…. Too many cars not enough space, and the mutual respect that exists in japan doesn’t seem to exist in this car culture… I have heard more horn honking in the 6 hours here then I have heard in 6 months in japan.
Women seem to travel in pairs… A lot of time holding hands or with arms linked… Looks cute.
The Koreans also show more emotion on the street then Japanese… Laughing, shouting, singing… And this is a Tuesday afternoon.
