I usually travel with 3 cameras… 2Â 1dmk2 and a g9.
I was reading a conversation on Facebook about someone talking about their upcoming choices for new cameras and I started thinking ( usually not a good thing)
I know some people who collect cameras. They treat them like they are masterpieces of technology ( which they are)
The bodies never show any signs of wear… no scratches or dents… no wear marks on the lens. If I bought a used body from them I know if would be in better shape then when it was delivered from the factory.
Then there are other photographers ( like me) who don’t care so much… my bodies have wear marks, a few scratches. Anybody who bought a used camera from me would be getting a used camera.
Does how you treat your camera doesn’t effect your skill as a photographer?
Does it effect how you approach photography?
