Stand on a major street corner and it is like a river of people flowing past.
The metro always has people, and the ebb and flow of people getting on and off is constant. If you are in a shopping area you may not have to worry about walking… The flow of people just propells you along.
One of my favourite past times is people watching, but it gets a little overwelhming. Compared to Toronto, the samness of all the faces, hair and clothing, makes differences stand out even more.
It interesting how polite and reserverd the crowds are… Everywhere except getting off the trains.
