I have been spending some time working on Spanish… not much use in Japan.
I have downloaded a couple of different podcasts to try and pick up some of the phrases. I think I am going to have to put some serious effort into this!

and one minute Japanese ( though hearing a scottish accent speak Japan is disconcerting..:) ) http://radiolingua.com/ I was working through there coffe break spanish series before I changed focus.
