As I have mentioned in the past I suffer from depression.
I have to work hard at keeping my mood even or upbeat.
Right now it is tough. I have had my income potential cut back ( for valid reasons) so I am back on tight controls. ( Mom I have enough..just can’t spend lavishly)
I don’t want to leave Japan.
And I don’t want to spend time In Canada… a place where the Ford Brothers run my favourite City and Harper runs the country, and now Jack is out of the picture….
It brings me down just thinking about it… 
On the plus side, I know so many great people in Tokyo!!!
When I start to feel a bit down I just hang out with my house mates… an evening at an izakaya and then Karaoke is enough to brighten anyone’s life for days.
And there is the planning for Coasta Rica.
