Whenever I see people taking pictures with cell phones I always wonder why they don’t turn off the cheesy camera sound.
In japan I find the sound a little annoying…it way louder then it has to be.
Last night I found out why… The sound can’t be turned off in Japanese phones…
There was ( is) concern about people taking photos they shouldn’t ( up skirt etc)
That is why the camera phones are not silent.
Watching where people use phones ( everywhere ) and the type of shot they could get…. It makes sense.
