The police presence in the city has really been stepped up.
The APEC meeting is this weekend and they don’t want a repeat of the last one( some cult gased a metro station)
Even with all the police it doesn’t have the feel of Toronto during the g20…. People move about freely…
There is no sense of overwhelming force, just increased vigilance… I hope there isn’t any trouble and it stays this way.
