I am rusty and out of practice, at least when it comes to “pretty girl shooting”
Â
I had a session yesterday with a student from the school, a lady with a very pretty face, and great persoanllity.
Â
We meet in the afternoon, and it was cool and rainy ( normal for this area of the Andes)
Â
As we were shooting I found myself making mistakes… shutter speed too low… wrong settings on my flash… not commuicating properly with the model.
Â
My shooting ratio was really really bad.
Â
What saved the session was the beauty of the model.
Â

Â
This image was natural light from the front… off camera flash to the camera right, behind her, and natural light camera left behind her.
Â
Â

Â
This image I added grain and cut back on saturation in lightroom to try and create a different mood…. Not sure if I succeeded.
Â
You can see selects from the session in my Pretty Girl album
