{jcomments on}One of the things I really like about Tokyo is the lack of noise.
On the metro, in the train, you can talk in a normal voice and still be heard.
When I put on my iPod, I can listen at reasonable levels…while on the TTC the trains are so noisey you have to crank it.
In the neighbourhoods, if you close your eyes, it is difficult to tell that you are in a massive city, it sounds more like a small town.
A clean, quiet, interesting city, filled with courtious smiling people. I think I like it here. – Posted using BlogPress from my iPhone
