{"id":738,"date":"2012-09-08T04:55:53","date_gmt":"2012-09-08T09:55:53","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/glennspecht.com\/wp\/?p=738"},"modified":"2012-09-08T04:55:53","modified_gmt":"2012-09-08T09:55:53","slug":"street-vs-studio","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/glennspecht.com\/wp\/street-vs-studio\/","title":{"rendered":"Street Vs Studio"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>I used to be very proficent in the studio.&nbsp; I would have a really good idea of what I had captured as soon as I pressed the shutter.<\/p>\n<p>There where surprises, both good and bad, but generally I was consistent and compitent.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Not so with street photography.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Some images I don&#8217;t have a clue what I have until I see the image on the computer screen.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" style=\"border: 1px solid #000000; margin: 3px; vertical-align: bottom;\" alt=\"090612-166\" src=\"https:\/\/glennspecht.com\/wp\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/09\/090612-166.jpg\" height=\"471\" width=\"700\" \/><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>I was grabbing a shot of these three ladies&#8230;and I really didn&#8217;t see the gentlmen in the background. The story this image tells is much different then the story I thought I was photographing.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The same day I was also shooting fireworks, Ecuadorian style.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>I was constantly adjusting shutter speed and watching my mettering to not be too over exposed.&nbsp; I had to keep it manual exposure.
