( as a side note every building has a name, either based on the name of the owner or some other name.  When you go to apply for a city service ( such as registering as an alien) if you do not know the name, they have to look it up in a massive book&#8230;.)) <\/p>\n<p>There was a meeting to air some problems, and to rearrange the cleaning schedule. <\/p>\n<p>I am very happy to report that the two issuses I had ( placement of smoke detectors, and map to evacuation center) have been addressed. <\/p>\n<p>One issues that might prove difficult is shoes.   <\/p>\n<p>A house with 6 ladies has a few pairs of shoes.  And, being Japan, they are removed and stored by the front door. <\/p>\n<p>There is not enough storage space! <\/p>\n<p>I am not sure why shoes should not be stored in our rooms, though i am very happy to not have my sneakers in my room. <\/p>\n<p>It is one of those things I don&#8217;t understand&#8230;.yet. <br \/>{jcomments on}<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Posted using BlogPress from my iPad<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>There are a few changes going on at the &#8220;Eco friendly house &#8220;( the name of the place I live.
