I teach for a large institution, but at a very small remote school. Â This makes for some challenges which sometimes, I think, will get the better of me.
It is assumed that I know things about how procedures ( marks, exams) are supposed to be processed… but I don’t always know. Â This makes for difficulty for both me and my colleagues.

I also am having difficulty is dealing with the stressful situation of teaching kids. Â The head of the school has promised me that next cycle there will be no Tiny Kids. Â That promise will keep me around… I think I can handle 2 hours of hell a day for 2 more months.
