Posing the nude can be difficult.

It is a combination of lighting, posing, and composition.

This workshop consists af a morning session where we discuss:

ICS of poses
How to talk to a naked subject
How to create the comfort level to creat great images.
light for the pose and pose for the light
How to counteract PGS

After a lunch break we work with a model and practice what was discussed in the morning.

The afternoon session is about "how to get the shot". Critiques of technics will be offered as photographers work individually with the model.

Working with a model for the first time can be a daunting experience. Glenn’s course on lighting and model posing was truly eye opening. I could see in my mind how photographers created fashion and glamour images. Still much to learn but now I have the confidence to try new ideas and concepts.
